Design an internal-facing infographic to introduce The Vine, a new and improved intranet platform. The goal was to clearly explain what the platform is, how it’s built, and how it supports employees—while generating excitement and encouraging adoption.

Challenge

The source content was text-heavy and covered multiple objectives: platform purpose, key benefits, technical foundation, and a call to action. The challenge was to organize this information into a single visual narrative that felt engaging, easy to scan, and relevant to a diverse internal audience.


Solution

The infographic was divided into distinct sections, each designed to answer a key question for employees: What is the new Vine platform? What does it do? And how is it being built—and why?

Content was distilled into short, benefit-driven statements supported by clear headlines, allowing readers to quickly understand the platform’s purpose and value. Bold graphics and strong visual cues were used to convey clear ideas at a glance, while hierarchy, color, and typography guided the reader through the story in a logical, easy-to-scan flow.


Result

The final infographic successfully introduced the Vine as a connected, evolving workplace platform—clearly communicating its purpose, capabilities, and value while supporting a broader internal launch campaign.
